A native of Bethesda, Md., Michael Speight joined the Virginia Athletics Foundation in January 2011 after completing his master’s in business administration and sports administration at Ohio University in Athens, OH. In his current capacity, Speight is responsible for donor benefits and fulfillment, along with donors at the Wahoo, Cavalier, and Coaches Club levels. Additionally, he also aids in the management and distribution of ticketing and parking for football and men’s basketball. Speight graduated from the University of Maryland in 2008 with a degree in economics. Prior to enrolling at Ohio University, he did a fellowship with the Huskie Athletic Scholarship Fund at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL.

Drew Ossakow is a current graduate student completing his Master of Sports Administration at Ohio University. Drew recently finished up an internship working with Indiana University’s Varsity Club assisting in athletics development fundraising. Before coming to OU, Drew worked as an athletics marketing coordinator for Arizona State University. Originally from North Canton, OH, Drew graduated from Indiana University in 2007 with a degree in business management while also a student-athlete on the swim team.
